Food on paper napkin on plate
Putting food on a paper napkin (serviettes, tissues, whatever) on a plate in cafes. What’s the point? You have to pull the napkin out from under the food, and it’s then unusable because of the grease or crumbs on it.

I have just posted on Facebook about this. Scrambled egg on toast came on top of a napkin! Am I supposed to cut through my toast with knife and fork through to paper?
It means two napkins are binned instead of one. Absolutely pointless!
